Kailzie Gardens is committed to making the site as accessible and welcoming as possible to all visitors, while recognising that parts of a historic garden and glasshouse environment present some limitations.

- Travel by public transport
- You can get to Kailzie Gardens by bus and train.
- X62 bus from Edinburgh and Galashiels stops in Peebles. A taxi rank is available at the bus terminus. 5 minute journey. The bus stop is 1.50 miles / 100.6 km from Kailzie Gardens.
- The nearest train station is Galashiels. The train station is 17 miles / 27.4 km from Kailzie Gardens.
- Train station at Galashiels with direct links to Edinburgh X62 runs from Galashiels to Peebles
- Travel by taxi
- You can get a taxi with M&D Taxis by calling 07518373992. The taxi company has a wheelchair accessible vehicle.
- Parking
- We have a car park. There are accessible parking spaces. The parking is less than 50 metres from the main entrance. Parking is free.
- There is a drop-off point at the main entrance. The drop-off point does not have a dropped kerb.
- From the car park to the entrance, there is level access. The path is sloped.

- Visitors can call before their visit to arrange help with access from a member of staff
