Fisheries

Kailzie Fisheries offers stillwater and river fishing in a setting that feels deeply connected to the surrounding countryside. The estate’s lakes provide calm water for loch fishing, while access to the River Tweed opens up opportunities for trout, grayling, salmon and sea trout.

You can choose a relaxed day by the loch or a more adventurous session on the river. Equipment hire and guidance from experienced ghillies are available, which makes the fishery suitable for new anglers, families and more experienced visitors. Many guests return season after season to enjoy the balance of activity and ease that fishing here provides.
