These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Kailzie Estate website (kailzieestate.com), visits to Kailzie Estate, and any purchases or memberships made through us. By accessing our website, visiting the Estate, or purchasing tickets or memberships, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Kailzie Estate is a privately owned estate offering gardens, events, hospitality, and related experiences. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Kailzie Estate.

2. Website Use

• The content on this website is for general information only and may be changed without notice.
• We do not guarantee that the website, or any content on it, will always be available or error-free.
• Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

3. Tickets, Entry, and Visits
  • Entry to Kailzie Estate and its attractions is subject to availability, seasonal opening hours, and any specific conditions displayed at the point of entry.
  • We reserve the right to refuse admission or ask visitors to leave where behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
  • All visitors must follow on-site signage and instructions from staff.
4. Membership

Membership Activation and Validity
• Kailzie Estate membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Membership Benefits
• Kailzie Estate Membership includes unlimited entry to The Garden during seasonal opening hours for the cardholder.

Transferability and Refunds
• Membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the individual named on the membership card.
• Refunds are not available for purchased memberships, except where required by law.

Lost or Stolen Membership Cards
• Lost or stolen membership cards must be reported immediately.
• Kailzie Estate is not responsible for unauthorised use of a lost or stolen membership card.

Changes to Membership Terms
• Kailzie Estate reserves the right to amend membership terms and benefits at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes will be posted on the Kailzie Estate website and communicated to members where possible.

5. Events and Private Bookings

• Separate terms and conditions may apply to weddings, events, and private hire.
• Deposits, cancellation policies, and minimum numbers will be outlined at the time of booking.

6. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

7. Liability

• Visits to Kailzie Estate are at your own risk.
• We accept no liability for loss, damage, or injury except where caused by our negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law.
• Personal belongings are brought onto the Estate at the visitor’s own risk.

8. Children

• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Kailzie Estate accepts no responsibility for the supervision of children.

9. Dogs

• Dogs are permitted only in designated areas and must be kept on a lead at all times unless otherwise stated.
• Owners are responsible for their dogs’ behaviour and must clean up after them.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Kailzie Estate unless otherwise stated.
